  • Show Hosts, read this before posting

Please try and follow the following format when posting your show information:

In the subject (title) of the post, please include:

Show name, dates and city/state location

In the body of the post:

    1) Repeat the dates/times
    2) Give specific locations of the events (not everyone knows where they can find the "Lake County Fairgrounds)
    3) Give directions if possible
    4) Specify any rules, entry fees, etc.

Please write a brief description of the show, pretend to be a marketing whiz and entice people into wanting to get there.

The Podunk FOP lodge 2113 will host the third annual Legends of Podunk Police Cars show on June 24, 2009. Please join us at the Podunk City Farmers Market, 211 A Street, Podunk North Carolina from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to see displays of law enforcement vehicles old and new.

The public is invited free of charge and we'll be giving away Okra and Grits to the first 20 people who show up.

Vehicle entries are welcome, as long as it is a vintage or current police vehicle. No unmarked cars. Vehicle entry is $5 per vehicle with proceeds going to benefit the Spelling Challenged Children of Podunk County Foundation (SCCPCF). Vehicles attending should arrive between 8:AM and 8:45 AM.

For additional information, contact me at JennyCantSpellEther (at) or by phone: Officer Thomas Tutone. (555) 867-5309, extension 1.

    Thanks, Tom
