Following last month's debacle involving the fantasy 2000 Impala's, I gave the Committee a big piece of my mind. I ranted, I raved, I threatened their jobs and status. The conversation went something like this in the boardroom of copcar dot com:

(me): "...now that you fully understand where I am coming from, NEXT month, I want REAL police cars. Do you know what REAL police cars are?"

(them, looking down at floor): "yes."

(me): "Am I talkin' too FAST for ya?"

(them, kicking nervously at some invisible rock on the floor):"no."

(me): "Is there ANY part of that you don't understand?"

(them, looking up sheepishly): "You mean real, like, Chevy's, Fords?"

(me): "Yeah, I mean REAL! Now GET ON IT!"

And so the Committee did. Oy. They send me Chevettes and Escorts.

Over the next month, I am going to be sure and treat this Committee very, very nicely... no more ranting, no more raving. Maybe, just maybe, they'll come around and give us some REAL POLICE CARS!
